Congratulations Krystal!
For the month of April, Premier would like to spotlight Krystal Berry of our Olathe, KS Great Plains Service Center!
In September of 2019, Premier began the start up of the Great Plains Service Center for the TJX Companies located in Olathe. Krystal started with Premier at this location as a temp and man, did we luck up! She quickly rose to the top, demonstrating a can-do attitude and became the go to person during an extremely demanding time. With hard work and dedication, Krystal was hired as a full-time employee in November, and before you knew it, she was working in every area of the business. She worked long, demanding hours, and weekends too, as Premier went into the Christmas peak that year. Without fail, she was our Admin in the building, keeping all freight accounted for, planning trucks and drivers on their routes, communicating with the stores, closing out trailers, taking care of all the yard checks, unloading and loading trailers and “YES”, has even driven forklifts and repaired drywall. She has become one of Premier’s greatest assets and most valued employees.
Krystal has a son, Caleb, who is her inspiration. He enjoys sports and will be starting football this fall and is involved in boxing. Krystal enjoys listening to country music and podcasts. She is a huge fan of the KC Chiefs, her favorite player is Travis Kelce (GREAT CHOICE!). She loves coffee, mountain dew and most importantly, a good cheeseburger! Krystal is an excellent multi-tasker and well versed on all aspects of the Service Center operation. Krystal makes all our lives easier at Great Plains and we are blessed and very grateful to have her on our Premier team.
