For the month of July, Premier would like to spotlight Forest Park night dispatcher, Susan Cuthbert. Susan has been with Premier for 11 years, working nights and weekends as our Commander & Chief. She has one of the most difficult jobs if not the “MOST” difficult job recovering loads from driver call-off’s, drivers running out of hours, handling equipment breakdown’s, hourly tracking of all loads, handling of accidents and most importantly, making sure when our customers arrive the next morning all loads are on time meeting their expectations, as well as taking care of our drivers. Putting all of this into perspective, her co-workers are singing her praises for her leadership and unselfish efforts as outlined below:
“Susan displays excellent leadership of the night dispatch crew. She is an awesome manager… I have seen many times where her people call out and she steps up and covers the shift herself. Premier is very lucky to have her as a dedicated employee.”
Susan has three children and two grandchildren, who she adores. Premier is proud to call her “family’ as well.
Everyone take the time to tell Susan how much she is appreciated.
Great job, Susan! Premier Transportation salutes you for the month of July and every day. Keep up the good work.
